Virgil, you are NOT the father. Saul, you are NOT the father. Ghost of Estes, you are NOT the father. That is the extent that we wish to speak about Carrie’s pregnancy. Ughhhhh.

I’m not very good at visualizing or imagining things in my mind’s eye so to speak but at least I’m able to suspend my disbelieve a lot and I’ve always been thankful for that. It’s why I’m able to enjoy many shows that other people can’t because they want or need everything to be completely believable. That’s a rabbit hole that I’d rather avoid. I also never try to figure out what’s going to happen next. I’m only along for the ride.
On the aside, I’m a huge fan to Henry Bromwell’s writing and was sad to hear he had died. He wrote Rubicon, a show I enjoyed a lot. Seems the episodes without Henry’s expertise have been less believable even if they aren’t as dark.
She keeps taking the tests each day because she wants to know if she’s still pregnant. She’s maybe hoping she’s not still pregnant and or because she has a high stress job and or because of the meds she has taken in and out of the hospital. By the way pee is sanitary and can be used to clean a wound when water is not available. not that I’m advocating keeping used pregnancy tests in your cabinet.
